Terms and conditions

General policies

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request without any further explanation.

  • Violation of Terms may lead to cancellation of the commission/project and blacklisting.

send me an email through [email protected] or talk to me on discord : @mnoaki and send all relevant information regarding the commission.Listed below are the required details

  • commission type

  • character's information; their name, story they come from, their personality, their design.

  • you are free to send a maximum of 20 reference pictures that you feel best represent the character.

  • disclaimer : depending on the intricacy of the design, there may be an added complexity fee.

acceptance

based on the commission, i will provide my estimate of the price based on the details provided by the client.
The prices stated within the prices tab are starting prices that can be raised depending on my discretion.
with this it's assumed that the client agrees with all the terms provided by the artist.I reserve the right to decline/cancel if faced with; harassment, indecisiveness, health issues, poor collaboration, etc.once a cancellation has occured, the client will be paid back in full.

payments

  • all pricing is subject to change

  • accepted methods : Paypal/gcash

  • an initial 50% of the commission price must be paid upfront before any work starts.

  • once an artwork has been deemed finished, the client must provide the remaining 50%, otherwise, the artwork will not be sent to the client.

workflow

  • there will be 2 colored drafts.

  • once a draft has been picked, said draft will then be refined into an illustration and the client may request any additional versions of the illustration for an added fee.

  • the client may ask for a max of 3 minor revisions during the draft phase.

  • once a draft has been picked and accepted, the client is allowed to ask for 2 minor revisions, but any more will incur an additional fee.

  • the fee may vary depending on the complexity of the revision.

usage

  • i reserve the rights to add the commissioned artwork in my portfolio and post it on social media

  • for commissions such as prints, downloadable media and the like, said commercial artworks will be met with an additional commercial fee, see the pricing tab for details.

  • reposting will be allowed with permission and proper crediting of the artist.

  • nft/crypto/ai training is prohibited. i reserve the right to decline any and all requests under the assumption of nft/crypto and ai training.
